Delivery:

All orders submitted before 12 Noon (Mon-Fri) will be despatched for delivery in 2-3 working days (excluding public holidays),and carriage is free on all orders of £150 or more, for all deliveries to destinations in the Mainland UK. Orders less than £150 we charge £9.95 carriage for all destinations in the mainland UK. For deliveries to Non-Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or destinations in Europe & Globally, please email sales@bolmen.co.uk or call 0333 567 1480 for pricing and delivery options.

For Next Day Delivery, Timed Delivery or Saturday Delivery, please contact us as early as possible, so that we can confirm delivery options.

Damaged Goods:

If a delivery has been made and the goods are damaged the customer is required to sign for the goods as "damaged" and inform Bolmen in writing (via email) within 7 days of receipt of goods. If the customer fails to notify Bolmen in writing any claim of damaged goods may be disputed.
